The oral follow-up dose may be administered once daily (at 24-hour intervals) for up to two days. Acute musculoskeletal disorders: On the first day of treatment, a single oral dose of 0.1 mg meloxicam\/kg body weight (0.2ml\/kg) should be administered using Melox® Oral Suspension. Treatment is to be continued once daily by oral administration (at 24 hour intervals) at a maintenance dose of 0.05 mg meloxicam\/kg body weight (0.1 ml\/kg) for up to four days.\u003cbr\u003eDogs up to 10 kgs:\u003cbr\u003eMELOX® Oral Suspension should be administered initially at 0.2 mg\/kg body weight only on the first day of treatment. For all treatments after day 1, MELOX® Oral Suspension should be administered once daily at a dose of 0.1 mg\/kg, (0.2 ml\/kg).\u003cbr\u003eMELOX® Oral Suspension can be given by using the measuring syringe provided in the package.
