HY-50 is indicated for the intra-articular or intravenous treatment of carpal and fetlock joint dysfunction in horses due to acute or chronic non-infectious synovitis associated with equine osteoarthritis.
Active ingredient: Each ml contains: hyaluronate sodium 17mg / sodium chloride 7.57mg / sodium phosphate dibasic 3.78mg / sodium phosphate monobasic 0.45mg / and water for injection q.s.
Pack size: 17mg/ml solution for injection in 3ml pre-filled 3ml syringe.
Indications for use: HY-50 is used for intra-articular (“IA”) or intravenous (“IV”) treatment of lameness in horses caused by joint dysfunction.
Dosage:
- Intra-venous: One syringe once a week for three consecutive weeks.
- Intra-articular: Medium and large joints 3ml – one syringe. Small joints (e.g intertarsal) 1.5ml – half a syringe.
Storage: Store refrigerated between 2-8°C. Protect from freezing
